Who this notice covers
ALL ESG operates allesgfootball.com and its connected account, league and Studio tools. In this notice, “we” means the ALL ESG team responsible for those services. It covers visitors, account holders, league participants, contributors and the crew.
You can contact the team directly through our privacy request form. You do not need an ALL ESG account to submit a request.
Information we handle and why
Creator avatar requests store the headshot you choose, your jersey number and selected pose privately for you and KingCash. KingCash can download requests and use ChatGPT to create and review the avatars, then return a private preview for you to approve. A request does not automatically start image generation. Private access to headshots and unpublished results expires after 30 days; files are removed during routine cleanup. We also remove the stored headshot after you publish or cancel, and remove private request images if a clearer photo is requested. Copies downloaded for processing are handled separately by KingCash. Published avatars appear on your public creator profile. Request records support status tracking and troubleshooting.
We count creator profile opens, video starts, and searches that return no results to improve discovery and creator setup. These aggregate activity records do not contain visitor account IDs or use analytics cookies. The owner can see counts and short search terms; avoid putting personal or sensitive information in a public video search.
The private community stores your check-ins, daily challenge answers, earned points, reward unlocks and equipped locker choices against your account ID. Activity totals provide achievement progress; your selected achievement badge, frame, title and theme customize your private locker. Your points history shows earned points and reward spending. Signed-in poll votes use your account ID so one account’s vote and voting rewards follow it across devices; public poll results show combined counts. Saved video and Booth recording activity can qualify for weekly rewards. Your balance, challenge answers, private saved moments and unshared reward collection stay private. If you explicitly publish a public profile, your chosen alias, preset avatar, bio, level, equipped rewards, earned accomplishments and public contributions can be seen by anyone. The alias is separate from your private account name and email. Public cards appear beside approved builds, discussion contributions, featured Booth calls and monthly recognition. Interests and followed creators personalize your member home and stay private. You can request access, correction or removal through the privacy request form.
Your position, platform and followed CCFL team choices, saved topics and reply follows stay private. These preferences link you to existing guides, creators and public team information. Posting in a conversation follows its replies unless you have muted it; you can manage saved topics and follows from Saved topics. Platform, position or play times you choose to include in a player-finding post become public with that post. Public profile PNG downloads are created in your browser from the public card fields.
Community posts appear immediately and are stored with their author’s account ID, timestamps and edit history markers. Helpful marks and accepted answers support capped recognition; monthly top finishes are archived. Reports and moderator appointment, restriction and decision records are private to authorized community moderators and the site owner. On-site reply, mention, accepted-answer and build-review notifications are private to the recipient. Public cards are off by default. Turning your card private hides the card and your discussion contributions, including topics you started; related conversations are unavailable while the card is private. Approved builds and featured recordings retain their separate publication permissions, but public profile credit is removed. Moderation records and copies others have shared are not automatically erased. You can delete your own discussion text from My contributions even while private, or make a request through our privacy request form.
- Accounts and access. Email address, authentication information, account identifiers, display name, role assignments, verification status and policy acknowledgements support sign-in, account recovery and access to the right tools. Password entry is handled by our authentication service.
- Connected identities and profiles. When you connect Discord, we receive the identity and verified gaming connections you authorize. This can include Discord identifiers, profile details and Xbox or PlayStation gamertags. Profile details and social links you provide help identify your player profile and connect it to the right team.
- League participation and film. Rosters, schedules, results, player and team statistics, film links, player-key screenshots, tagged plays, corrections and review history support league records and PlayStamp. League staff and other participants may submit information about you as part of a roster, game or review.
- Shared and private work. Build screenshots, descriptions, uploaded files, video captions, project work, scouting notes and playbooks are stored and used for the feature where you submit them. Review decisions and changes can retain the contributor’s name or account attribution.
- Calls. Private Studio calls use your site display name, a participant identifier, connection details and call timing to connect the crew and track usage. Audio, video and screen sharing go through the call service when you use those features.
- Requests and technical information. We keep the contact information and details you submit in a privacy request so the designated site owner can review it, verify the request where needed and respond. Hosting and connected services also process information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times and errors to deliver the site, protect accounts and prevent abuse.
Some abuse controls use derived identifiers for a network connection or contact email. Submitting a build without account credit means the public listing appears as “Anonymous”; the site and its service providers still receive the technical information needed to handle the submission.
Public and private spaces
Public: player profiles, selected social links, rosters, approved public game records, draft information, published media and approved community builds can be viewed without an account. Other people and search engines may copy or index public information. Review what you include before publishing it.
Restricted: team notes, scouting work, playbooks, private draft tools and Studio files use account and role checks. Access depends on the relevant team, league or crew role. Site operators who administer or support these services may also need access. “Private” describes the intended audience within ALL ESG; the service providers needed to store or process the work may also handle it.
A Studio upload stays in the workspace until an authorized person chooses to publish it. Sending a video to a social destination shares that video and its publishing details with the publishing service and selected platform. Removing its Studio entry does not remove a post already published there.
We may also disclose relevant information when legally required, to address misuse or security incidents, or to protect people’s rights and safety.
Services that support ALL ESG
The services involved depend on which features you use. Their own policies explain their separate data practices; those policies do not replace this notice about ALL ESG’s use of information.
| Service | Role in ALL ESG |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Site delivery, databases and file storage, including request information and the records or uploads needed for the site’s features. |
| Supabase | Account authentication, sessions, account recovery, profiles and access records. |
| Discord | Identity linking and authorized gaming connections used for player verification. |
| YouTube / Google and Twitch | Embedded videos, streams and related media. Players and thumbnails may send request or playback information to the provider when loaded or used. Read the Google Privacy Policy and Twitch Privacy Notice. |
| Daily | Private crew calls, including participant names, connection information, call media and usage records. ALL ESG’s current meeting-room setup disables its built-in recording and transcription features. |
| Bundle and selected social platforms | Authorized Studio publishing. The selected video, title, caption, destination account details and publishing options can be sent to Bundle and the chosen YouTube, Instagram or TikTok account. Platform results and post links return to Studio. |
| AI review services | Selected film evidence and review references may be supplied to Grok or an explicitly chosen manual review service, such as ChatGPT, as described below. See Grok’s privacy policy and OpenAI’s privacy policy. |
Providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Data locations and retention practices depend on the service involved.
YouTube features are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. A connected account owner can review or revoke Google access through Google’s connected-app settings. Revoking a connection does not automatically erase information already stored by ALL ESG or a provider; use the request process below for ALL ESG-held information.
Film evidence, reviewed references and AI
PlayStamp supports AI-assisted film review and player-key reading. Depending on the assignment, reviewers can supply film links, screenshots, team and player identifiers, timestamps, stat labels, review instructions and corrections to the selected review service. AI suggestions still require human review before becoming approved game statistics.
Finalized game evidence can also become a reference for how PlayStamp records plays and calculates totals. Hiding statistics from the public does not, by itself, exclude that finalized evidence from this reference workflow. References can include player names or IDs and correction history. An explicit permission-withheld setting excludes the affected recording from the workflow.
Being eligible or queued for review does not establish that an outside service has received or analyzed the information. Using examples in an AI review is also different from training or fine-tuning a provider’s model. The selected provider’s policies and account settings govern its handling of material it receives, including retention and any use to improve its models.
Build Chamber submissions include a separate permission to review screenshots, display an approved build and use reviewed evidence to improve the Build Chamber. That submission does not automatically publish private team notes or unrelated Studio work.
To ask about a particular recording, request that its use be restricted, or withdraw a permission you gave, send the ALL ESG team a privacy request. We will review the request and any applicable rights before changing shared records or access.
Cookies, browser storage and embeds
Account tools use browser storage to keep your sign-in session. Some tools use session storage to remember an open draft feed, selected team context or unfinished work in the current tab. Clearing that storage can sign you out or remove locally saved choices and drafts.
Embedded videos, streams and other connected services can use cookies or similar technology, receive your IP address and browser information, and associate activity with an account you have with that provider. Some resources load when the page opens; others load when you open or play the content. Third parties may collect activity over time and across websites under their own policies.
Our current site does not change its data handling in response to a browser’s “Do Not Track” signal. Browser privacy settings and a provider’s own controls may limit some collection. They do not replace any consent or opt-out rights that apply under law.
How long information stays
Retention depends on what the information is used for: operating an account or workspace, preserving league history and attribution, reviewing disputed results, recovering work, preventing abuse or meeting legal obligations. We do not apply one automatic deletion deadline to every record and file.
Archiving a Studio item or hiding public statistics changes its visibility; it may leave the original files, review trail and historical records in storage. Copies in backups may remain until those backups are replaced or deleted. Posts sent to another platform are also subject to that platform’s controls.
When reviewing a deletion request, we consider what can be removed, whether an account link or unnecessary personal detail can be removed from a shared historical record, and whether a lawful reason requires retaining some information. We will explain the outcome, including any information we retain and why.
Your choices and privacy requests
Use your account’s available profile and connection controls to update information. You can also ask the ALL ESG team to access, correct or remove personal information, close an account, address a privacy concern, or review a use of your information.
- Open the privacy request form and provide your own contact details and enough information to identify the issue.
- The designated site owner reviews your request. Before disclosing information or changing an account, we may need to verify your identity or your authority to act for someone else. Do not include passwords, security codes or identity documents in the initial request.
- We respond under the requirements and deadlines that apply to the request. Some rights depend on where you live and how the information is used. If a request cannot be fulfilled as asked, we will explain the reason and available next steps.
Where processing relies on your consent, you can ask to withdraw that consent. Where applicable law provides additional rights, including a right to object, restrict use, receive a copy of data or complain to a privacy regulator, this notice does not limit those rights.
Access to submitted requests is restricted to the designated active site owner. Submitting a request does not itself delete an account or make the request public.
Age and children’s privacy
ALL ESG is a general-audience football gaming community. To create an account or submit content, you must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. Users who are not yet legal adults need a parent or guardian’s permission to use an account or submit content.
We do not knowingly accept personal information submitted by children under 13. If you are under that age, do not create an account or submit personal information, screenshots or other content.
If you are a parent or guardian with a concern, choose the parent or guardian option in our privacy request form and use your own contact information. Do not include a child’s name, birth date, photo, account credentials or other identifying details in the initial request. The designated site owner will follow up through an appropriate verification process and address the information as required.
Changes and questions
We will update the effective date when this notice changes. For a material change, we will provide an appropriate notice through the site or affected account flow, and obtain additional permission where required. A revised notice does not remove rights that applicable law gives you.
For a question about this policy or a possible exposure of private information, contact the ALL ESG team. For instructions on using the site, visit Help & support.
